After more than six years of searching and dozens of artists considered we are delighted to announce that Forgotten In Gray has FOUND the artist who is both properly motivated and sufficiently talented to honor the Forgotten Confederates as a series of fine art prints.

Below is the completed oil painting for "The Chandler Boys" and three examples of our new artist Zvonimir's work. They showcase his technical accuracy and that rare spark of insght and talent in genuinely portraying men at war facing death.

Due to our success in researching and verifying the story of Andrew and Silas Chandler of Palo Alto, Mississippi, the first painting for Forgotten In Gray will be "The Chandler Boys." This will depict Andrew and Silas on the train headed to Atlanta after Silas saved Andrew from the surgeon's saw at Chicamauga.
